Moving out of your home, whether through sale or rental, can be a difficult, emotional business. Rebecca and Morgan and the rest of the team at Ashton Burkinshaw were just perfect in making the whole process as smooth and painless as possible. They found us potential tenants really quickly, had clearly done a very good job in vetting them (and presumably other applicants who weren't suitable), were super professional - did what was asked, returned calls immediately, took care of everything. On top of that, they're really nice people, always ready with a smile and never made you feel you were asking too much or too many questions. I'd recommend them without hesitation.
