Ash and Kelly made this process stress free from the get go. Kelly’s initial phone call was so well timed and I immediately felt relieved after having had a few rough experiences looking at flats. I fell in love with Violet House, the parking, the immaculate interior, the garden and the price. Especially tricky for me was the financial side of things, after returning to UK from US after 35 years. Ash took my calls or returned them in a very timely manner and he really made it all happen!

I do not often leave reviews, however, on this occasion, I think one is warranted. After agreeing to let my property, both Kelly and Lyla worked tirelessly to find me a tenant. After they completed all the necessary checks on the proposed tenant in super quick time (just 3 days!!!), we were ready to sign to the tenancy agreement. Well what can I say, great service, very understanding about timings for a viewing, my work hours are very unpredictable, and at very late notice they bought the forward on my request. The viewing went well and by the time I'd driven back work I'd decided to take the flat. Let them know and Early the following morning they called to let me know more offer was accepted. Referencing went smoothly and I'm excited to be moving in soon. I would definitely recommend. Thanks ladies.

The service provided by Natasha has been fantastic. We saw a property one week ago, offered the following day, agreed 2 days later, met the landlord, filled in referencing forms and here we are everything sorted and a moving day set!
