    Could do better

    Ashton burkinshaw really need to improve how they communicate with both tenants and landlords, they need to more clearly define how internal processes should be run and how to communicate them with clients. They also need to be much clearer on fee structures now and communicate how future expected legislation is going to affect the fee structures. Charges can often appear on statements without any clear information as to what those charges relate too. Internal IT infrastructure also seems to be lacking, it often takes 20 minutes for staff to find relevant information regarding a property or tenancy.

    Good to deal with.

    I have been with Aston Burkenshaw Lettings only a few months. So far they have done every thing they said they would and I am very happy with their service.

    Please see the head line

    Its okey, by no means great and i have only stuck with it because the tenant is in place, the rent is insured and AB did not really give me any time before the lease was up to find another agent. On my other property they have lost the contract. This was supposed to be managed, and I don't recall ever having a property report from them.

    My service feedback with Lettings

    All staff very pleasant and polite. Office manager unprofessional and airy fairy. She has just retired, hoping things will improve. Property manager very poor at replying to emails, just gets worse, in fact not replying at all sometimes. She is also impractical with regard to maintenance issues.

    Overall reasonably pleased with full management service but have frequent invoicing issues/mistakes and fees feel on high side especially all the ancillary add ons.
