We are looking for a Negotiator who is energetic, articulate and ambitious to join our company in the Tonbridge branch. The role involves with assisting in the smooth operation of the lettings department and ensuring the very best levels of client relations. Duties include: To carry out a client presentation giving a rental appraisal on the property and to attend all property viewings. Liaise with landlords and tenants on a regular basis. To understand potential tenant requirements and offer them suitable properties. To deal with all potential clients over the telephone or face to face.
